Bell County native and graduate of Bell County High School. I have lived most of my life in Bell County Ky. With the exception of about 10 yrs that we lived and worked in Lexington, KY area. I was a heavy equipment operator in the coal mining industry for over 18 yrs. Went to work for Subway Development of Kentucky in 1994. While employed with this company we went from 60 open stores in this 81 county territory to 236 open stores over a 18 year period. During this time I sold Subway Franchises, negotiated leases and helped Franchisees build and open their stores.
Since I was 16 yrs old I have been involved in the construction business. At one time we had a contractor's license in the state of Tennessee. We brought the new innovation of steel frame homes to east Tennessee, building several of these homes in Knoxville and the surrounding area. We have built and remodeled numerous Subway restaurants in Kentucky, Tennessee and West Virginia.
